Domestic Shipments

  • USPS First Class Mail is our standard and preferred shipping method.

  • Shipment tracking is available.

  • You will receive an email with purchase confirmation and shipping info.

Standard Domestic Shipping Rates

  • USPS Priority Flat Rate Envelope: $6.50

  • USPS First Class Mail: $3.00

International Shipments

  • USPS International Priority Mail Flat Rate is our standard and preferred shipping method.

  • Kestrel Knives will not be responsible for any knives lost outside of the US.

  • Please note that our rates for international shipping do not include any applicable duties, value added taxes (VAT), or import consumption taxes. The recipient of the product will be required to pay the duties of taxes upon delivery. Due to import duty valuation adjustments and currency valuations, we are unable to provide an estimate for duty or taxes.

International Shipping Rates

  • USPS International First Class Mail: $15.75

  • USPS International Priority Mail: $30.75

Returns Policy

  • Returns are accepted, as long as they are done within 5 days (we feel this is enough time to determine if the items in your order are operational and to decide if you wish to keep them). 

  • Please contact us before returning any items.

  • You are responsible for shipping the item back to us, unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). The item must be brand new and unused.

  • There is a 10% restocking fee on non-defective items to offset lost shipping, credit card and labor costs.

  •  You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We strongly recommend you insure any package being returned to us- if your return is lost or damaged there is nothing we can do.
